Job summary

Andromeda is hiring its first Solutions Architect to own the technical side of our largest customer engagements. You will lead technical discovery, design architectures, and land clusters with production training runs, staying the technical owner as accounts grow.

You’ll create demo environments, benchmarking tools, reference architectures, and onboarding playbooks, becoming the highest-signal feedback loop to Product, Engineering, and Research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles and 2+ years in pre-sales.
• Direct experience selling or supporting GPU compute at a neocloud, GPU provider, or AI/HPC specialist.
• Demonstrated ability to take a customer from evaluation into production and stay accountable for the outcome.
• Fluency in large-scale training/inference: distributed training, multi-node topologies, storage/checkpointing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, scope evaluations against customer success criteria.
• Design cluster/workload architectures aligned to business outcomes.
• Own POCs end-to-end: scope, benchmarks, success metrics, timeline.
