Royper Royco LLC is seeking an AI Infrastructure / Product Engineer to bridge AI research and production tooling. You will build evaluation pipelines, dashboards, and backend services that translate experiments into dependable legal tech tools.

You will deploy and operate cloud infrastructure, collaborate with research, and help scale AI features from prototypes to production-ready products.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience building production systems.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience deploying to the cloud.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines or benchmarks for ML/AI systems.
• Experience with APIs, databases, backend services, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience building dashboards or monitoring systems to visualize performance.
• Familiarity with listed tools (FastAPI, Docker, React, Next.js, Postgres, vector databases).

Responsabilidades

• Build repeatable benchmarks and evaluation pipelines for model accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Create dashboards to visualize system performance for the team.
• Develop production retrieval, drafting, and document workflows from research prototypes.
• Build backend services, APIs, and internal tools for testing and releasing improvements.
• Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure, including monitoring and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI research while aligning with product and user needs.
