Job summary

WeEngage Group | B Corp™ is seeking a senior developer advocate to serve as the technical voice in the US, focusing on building and expanding engagement with developers across conferences, meetups, hackathons, universities, and smaller events.

You will host workshops, publish inference benchmarks, and work with product and engineering teams to address developers’ pain points while partnering with the AI Lab to enable hands-on access to new models. Remote-friendly with US-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in developer advocacy or related roles.
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts to diverse audiences.
• Active participation in AI/developer communities and events.

Responsibilities

• Decide where the US audience is engaged—conferences, meetups, hackathons, universities and smaller events.
• Host workshops or publish benchmarks; gather feedback from developers to inform product/engineering teams.
• Build relationships with developers working on open-weight models, inference tools and AI products; report insights to teams.
• Collaborate with existing developer advocate and AI Lab; enable hands-on with new models as they launch; leverage marketing support for events.
