Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain issues in writing. This is fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments in USD.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and can produce concise, evidence-based explanations in English. Prior degree is nice but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and everyday conversation
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues
• Desirable to have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing reasoning in English

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, rating adherence to prompts
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatch between audio and video
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations of what was observed in English
