Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer focused on marketing who can integrate LLMs, workflow tools, and low-code capabilities to build agentic solutions that automate high-leverage marketing workflows. You’ll collaborate with brand, content, product marketing, paid, and events marketing teams.

Design and deploy AI-driven campaigns, provide AI-assisted lead scoring, and build reporting pipelines across paid, organic, email, and events channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in marketing operations, marketing tech, or GTM engineering.
• Experience building end-to-end workflows across multiple tools.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows across the full campaign lifecycle.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools for marketing and run pilots.
• Build automated reporting pipelines for cross-channel marketing performance.
• Create AI-assisted lead scoring and qualification.
• Empower marketers to run channel work from AI agents in HubSpot.
• Develop reusable tools and workflows to speed up the team.
