Credo AI is seeking an AI Governance Success Manager to guide enterprise-wide adoption of the Credo AI Governance Platform. You will lead account and project management through the lifecycle, align platform capabilities with customer needs, and drive long-term value.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, deliver onboarding and training, manage renewals and expansions, and advocate for customer success in a fully distributed, remote-first environment with in-person meetups a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise Customer Success, Account Management or Implementation in B2B SaaS.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
• AI fluency or willingness to learn is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of the Credo AI Governance Platform and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee onboarding, training, support, business reviews, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
• Define and execute success plans aligned to customer goals and milestones.
• Develop understanding of customer priorities to support long-term growth.
