Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in risk management, information security, data governance, or related governance, risk, and compliance roles.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, Generative AI, large language models, AI deployment practices, and AI-enabled technology risk.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI risk assessments and governance reviews of AI systems, tools, apps, and AI-enabled third-party solutions.
• Evaluate governance, data, technology, security, responsible AI, and monitoring needs; support remediation.
• Collaborate to develop and update AI governance policies, standards, and risk-based processes.
• Develop AI governance metrics and reporting for executive and board discussions.
• Support incident response, audit readiness, and remediation for AI governance risks.
