Globaltize is seeking an AI-First PPC & Video Specialist to manage paid campaigns and create compelling video content. You will work across multiple brands, with real budget authority, and own AI-driven workflows while ensuring compliance and high-quality output.

The role combines PPC, video production, scripting, and AI-enabled decision making. Remote, full-time, with overlap during U.S. Pacific hours and opportunities to expand brand ownership as results prove successful.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budget authority.
• Proven campaign results, with confidential data available if needed.
• Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Real video-editing ability with CapCut/Premiere/Descript and a portfolio.
• Daily use of AI tools as part of actual workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build campaign structure, targeting and bidding for Google/Meta/ChatGPT ads.
• Optimize campaigns based on live performance data and approvals.
• Produce and edit ad creative and scripts, including UGC variants.
• React same-day to spend and performance issues within US Pacific hours.
• Maintain compliance with FDA/FTC claims and platform policies.
