Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development and AWS cloud-native systems.
• 4+ years managing a team of technical direct reports.
• Experience with professional services engagements and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development project teams delivering AI-first, production-ready solutions.
• Own technical requirements gathering, architectural decisions, and backlog refinement.
• Coach engineers, mentor teammates, and manage client-facing communications.
