DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to scrutinize AI-built financial analyses against real corporate scenarios, verify three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic behind them.

You will trace numbers to reveal misaligned drivers, craft clear, defendable analyses, and present judgments you would place in front of a CFO. This is a flexible, remote, project-based role with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and unsupported conclusions.
• Write defensible analyses when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and CFO-ready numbers.
