DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to audit AI-generated financial analyses, validate three-statement linkages, and test valuation assumptions against real corporate scenarios. You will trace model reasoning, expose misstatements, and write defensible analyses with clear drivers and CFO-ready numbers.

This remote, project-based role offers flexible, ongoing work with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
