Job summary

Raydar is seeking an experienced AI solutions engineer to embed with enterprise customers, turning GenAI challenges into production deployments. You will couple hands-on engineering with executive-level communication to drive deals from discovery to production.

You will lead technical discovery, scope POCs, and run evaluations to decide architecture and deployment configurations, while building production-ready integrations within customers’ environments.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in client-facing AI/ML roles such as solutions architect, forward-deployed engineer, applied AI engineer or sales engineer.
• Hands-on LLM inference and fine-tuning with open-model frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls and scope proofs of concept.
• Build end-to-end POCs and production integrations inside customer environments.
• Guide customers on model selection and evaluation frameworks.
• Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships and move deals forward.
• Feed recurring customer pain points back into the product roadmap.
