Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, judge image and video outputs against prompts, and provide written explanations in English.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable thinking on their feet.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on what seems off.
Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, or misaligned audio.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear English explanation of what was observed.
