Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely on your schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain what was off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI reasoning and performance. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, clear written English, and the ability to assess visuals, audio, and captions.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversational English.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
• Common tasks include image and video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations.
