Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on flexible hours. You’ll roleplay conversations with AI voice models and score outputs, comparing image and video pairs and explaining what looked off, all from your home or while traveling.

We emphasize accuracy and clear written feedback, with payments on a weekly basis. Eligible applicants worldwide, including the United States, can participate.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in during reviews.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting artifacts, distortions, flicker, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English describing what was seen or heard.
