Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote location. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked off.

Tasks include comparing images and videos, spotting errors, and providing concise evaluations to help improve AI systems. This role offers flexible hours and the ability to work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-visual mismatches, then describe findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a concise explanation of what was observed.
