Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $18 per hour, with flexible hours and ongoing access to top LLMs.

Work remotely with a global team and contribute to improving AI systems through precise evaluations and clear explanations. Training and support are provided, and payments are weekly via common methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to see which better follows a prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch, then explaining findings in writing.
