Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and usefulness, judging adherence to prompts, and providing precise written explanations. This flexible role supports ongoing AI research and model improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear the exchanges sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment and provide explanations.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write a concise English justification citing observed issues.
