Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining through natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or inconsistent audio/video.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then explain in writing what you saw or heard.
