Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, contributing to a feedback loop that informs research and real-world performance. Earn up to $18 per hour, with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
