Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what went wrong in writing. Work remotely on your own schedule, with payments weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Pay starts with competitive rates that vary by expertise and project requirements, with potential to earn up to $18 per hour. Access to leading LLMs is included, supporting your evaluations and learning.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment, and provide written explanations.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific English explanations of observations.
