Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain discrepancies in writing. This freelance role helps improve AI systems by providing targeted feedback and judgments.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with additional incentives, and enjoy flexible hours. Payment is issued weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, and remote participation is welcome from multiple countries.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues in AI outputs.
Ability to explain decisions clearly in writing.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing scenarios in natural language.
Experience writing concise evidence-based reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
Rank naturalness and usefulness of responses and compare AI-generated media.
Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment with prompts.
Write precise English explanations describing what was seen or heard.
