Job summary

Outlier is hiring English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off, all from home on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, describing how well prompts were followed, and ensuring accuracy by zooming in on details. Remote, flexible hours with weekly payments are offered, and free access to leading LLMs is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and making clear decisions when two options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
