Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image/video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Ideal candidates possess strong written English, high attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when multiple flaws exist. Pay is up to $18 USD/hr, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs and writing a written explanation in English detailing what you observed.
