Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what’s off in prompts, images, and videos.

The role helps improve how advanced AI systems reason and perform, with paid opportunities and free access to leading LLMs. This is a remote, flexible-position inviting global applicants.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what looked or sounded off.
