Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated media, and explain your judgments in writing to help improve AI systems.

Participants work from home with no minimum hours, and Outlier offers access to leading LLMs and potential incentives. This is a remote, international opportunity inviting applicants from multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Very good attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in as needed.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distortions, flickering, misalignment, and audio-video mismatches.
