Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a fully remote, flexible-hours setup. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong written communication, and keen attention to detail. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with earnings up to $15/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing concise explanations in English detailing what you observed.
