Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media from a remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, helping improve real-world AI performance.

This 1099 freelance opportunity offers pay per hour, weekly payout options, and access to leading LLMs. Eligible countries include the United States and several others, with no minimum hours required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to describe observations clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot errors like distortions, flickering, or audio/video misalignment.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was incorrect and why.
