Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will lead live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing for each exchange.

This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with pay up to $15/hour and weekly payouts. You’ll access leading LLMs and help improve AI systems for real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking perceived naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
