Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what went wrong in writing. Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback.

This is a freelance/1099 contract with flexible hours, paid weekly via ACH or PayPal, and access to leading LLMs. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, up to 15 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and strong written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with patience to review and explain outputs.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs to spot errors such as distorted motion, text issues, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write clear, English explanations detailing observed issues and rationale.
