Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real-world safety and ethical standards. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

No prior AI or policy background required, but strong critical thinking and clear written communication are essential. You will review outputs, assess safety and fairness, and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Must think clearly and evaluate nuanced content objectively.
• Genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or social responsibility.
• Able to articulate reasoning clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented and consistent within defined guidelines.
• Comfortable assessing sensitive topics without prior specialist training.
• No AI/compliance background required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
• Classify outputs by compliance criteria: accuracy, bias, potential harm.
• Flag content that is misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.
• Provide structured written feedback on policy-related issues.
• Work across diverse topics and content types.
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously.
