Alignerr is seeking AI Ethics Reviewers to help shape fair and safe AI for millions of users. This is a flexible remote, hourly contract offering 10–40 hours per week and the freedom to work on meaningful, ethically charged content.

No formal ethics or AI background is required; you bring curiosity, fairness, and a sharp, analytical mind. You will assess bias and safety, document clear feedback, and support research teams in understanding why systems may fall short.

• Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
• Help AI research teams understand where systems fall short — and why it matters

Who You Are

• Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology
