Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your schedule.

Contributors review image and video pairs, judge how closely outputs follow prompts, and provide clear, evidence-based explanations. This is a remote freelance role with flexible hours, payment weekly, and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Providing written explanations that describe what was observed and why the decision was made.
