Job summary

AAC Labs is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models in production environments. You will train, evaluate, and optimize algorithms while integrating AI components into existing services.

Join a distributed team and communicate across teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. A strong background in DS/ML and NLP is essential, with experience in cloud and MLOps. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including designing, training, and tuning deep learning models.
• Hands-on expertise in NLP, with familiarity in frameworks and text processing.
• Proficiency with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and deploying models to production.
• Ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams with strong communication and documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models to solve business problems.
• Train and evaluate models, optimize algorithms, and integrate AI components into applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders; document workflows and maintain code quality.
