Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an AI Engineer to design, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for healthcare within the PACE program. The role focuses on enterprise AI models to deliver participant context engines, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in AI/ML engineering or AI-focused software engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines with vector databases.
• Experience building on commercial LLM APIs with prompt engineering and context management.
• Advanced Python for AI apps, APIs and data pipelines.
• Hands-on with Azure AI services and Docker in secure cloud environments.
• CI/CD using Azure DevOps or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered apps using enterprise LLMs to meet PACE requirements.
• Architect RAG systems grounded in proprietary data with accuracy and compliance.
• Own development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Research and build agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio.
• Deploy AI services in Azure-based private cloud with secure configurations.
• Evaluate models across performance, cost, latency, and compliance.
• Implement AIOps and MLOps practices including monitoring and versioning.
• Continuously assess emerging AI tools and models for improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor on workload and priorities.
