Job summary

val's services seeks a product-minded senior software engineer to develop an innovative AI & software coaching platform. You will build features from inception to deployment, focusing on early-stage product development and AI-enabled capabilities.

Collaborate with coaching teams to translate insights into AI-driven experiences, create pipelines and integrations for data import/export within a broad ecosystem, and share expertise on data and AI best practices with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping data-related products with real users.
• Comfort with dynamic programming languages and server-side web applications, especially Ruby or similar stacks.
• Understanding of data engineering, software architecture, and data pipelines.
• Experience integrating and leveraging LLM-based coding tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
