Job summary

RGP is seeking an experienced consultant to empower accounting and finance professionals with generative AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to boost productivity, accuracy, and insights. You will drive adoption, design training paths, and embed AI best practices into finance workflows across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and related platforms.

The role emphasizes training development, governance, and collaboration with leadership to measure cost-benefit outcomes and ensure compliant, privacy-conscious AI

Qualifications

5+ years in finance transformation, accounting operations, or analytics.
Proficiency with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and finance platforms.
Strong communication skills to translate AI capabilities for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver targeted training on Claude/ChatGPT for FP&A tasks.
Build AI prompt libraries, templates, and governance aligned to finance controls.
Evaluate process automation opportunities using generative AI in finance workflows.
Coach finance teams on integrating AI into ERP, BI, and Excel workflows.
Plan adoption strategy and define cost-benefit metrics for AI enablement.
