RGP is seeking an AI Finance Specialist to join our Digital Finance & Automation community in the Bay Area. You will design AI-enabled financial models, partner with FP&A and Data teams, and translate business needs into scalable digital finance solutions using Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and related platforms.

With 5+ years in Finance or accounting and strong analytical skills, you will contribute to automated forecasting, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional adoption of intelligent

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting with exposure to automation or AI tools.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills; experience with Python, SQL, or BI tools preferred.
• Proven ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
• Comfortable working in hybrid environments across Bay Area clients.
• Consulting or project-based experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled financial models and automation workflows.
• Partner with FP&A, Controllership, and Data teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting speed.
• Translate business needs into scalable digital finance solutions using Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or generative AI platforms.
• Support process optimization, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption of intelligent finance technologies.
