Job summary

RethinkFirst is hiring a Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product strategy for behavioral health, education, and wellbeing platforms. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through iteration, partnering with design and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve workflows and outcomes.

Experience in healthcare PM/EMR, APIs, and ABA is highly valued. This role offers remote work with potential travel and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and ROI.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning and improving a product with measurable growth.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
• Experience with APIs (FHIR/HL-7 preferred).
• Background in Healthcare Practice Management and EMR solutions.
• ABA experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and positioning.
• Identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities to solve clinical and operational needs.
• Build ROI-driven business cases and AI value creation.
• Understand user personas across clinical and business contexts.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate strategy into epics, features, and backlogs for Agile teams.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development and testing.
• Define success metrics and optimize product performance.
