Job summary

World Vision International is offering an Emergency Communications Innovation and AI Intern position, remotely within the United States. This three-month internship focuses on advancing emergency messaging, media engagement, and digital transformation using AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 tools.

You will work on workflows, dashboards, information management, and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with global teams to strengthen humanitarian communications during crises.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate from a graduate programme (within 2 years).
• Interest in AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and digital collaboration technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and create dashboards, reports, or performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze emergency communications workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design solutions to streamline processes and improve situational awareness.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to track outputs and media coverage.
• Improve information accessibility via metadata, taxonomy, and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Support development of AI-enabled tools and Copilot agents.
