Job summary

World Vision International is offering a three-month Humanitarian Transformation Internship, fully remote within the US. The program provides hands-on experience in automation, data analytics, and digital transformation within a global humanitarian setting.

You will collaborate across Disaster Management, technology, analytics, and field operations, applying Power Platform tools and data insights to improve operations while supporting vulnerable communities worldwide.

Qualifications

Analytical thinking with ability to evaluate processes and identify improvements.
Interest in technology, digital transformation, automation and AI.
Strong written and verbal communication with clear ideas.
Organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset in a remote, global team.
Willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

Support automation development using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
Research emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and creation of dashboards for decision-making.
Support information management and cross-team collaboration.
