Job summary

Flex is seeking a creative, efficient freelance video editor to elevate our short-form content across internal and external digital channels (Organic Social, E-commerce, Paid Ads). You’ll own the end-to-end editing process, from raw footage to polished, channel-ready videos, and you’ll use AI-powered tools to maximize efficiency and output quality.

This is a fully remote, part-time contracted role (less than 30 hrs/wk).

Qualifications

• Experience editing hi-fi and lo-fi content, educational and tutorial videos, captions, title cards and paid social video.
• Proven ability to edit creator, influencer and UGC content for CPG brands.
• Fluent in AI-powered editing tools and able to apply them by default.
• Fast, organized, and reliable with timely turnarounds.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end editing process from raw footage to polished, channel-ready videos.
• Iterate content for internal and external digital channels including paid social.
• Leverage AI tools to maximize efficiency and output quality.
