Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide programs, shaping strategy and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The role centers on delivering AI-enabled operating models that improve growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will sponsor large-scale initiatives, partner with VPs and executives, and establish governance, metrics, and benefit realization. A Master’s degree and 10+ years' transformation leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; certifications in transformation and AI preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience with AI-enabled operating models is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise or business-unit transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Shape transformation strategy and translate priorities into executable roadmaps.
• Sponsor AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement initiatives.
• Partner with VPs and executive leaders to align priorities, resources, and outcomes.
• Establish enterprise-level governance, success metrics and benefit realization frameworks.
• Drive cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure transformation outcomes are embedded into operating models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor with executive presence and strategic insight.
