RainFocus, a leading software company, seeks a Technical Project Manager to join the Business Systems team. You will translate stakeholder needs into well-scoped technical tickets for developers and drive AI-driven improvements across our Salesforce-centric stack and beyond.

This remote role emphasizes backlog ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and rapid learning of a broad tech stack to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical projects, owning products, or backlogs for a systems or business applications team.
• Ability to rapidly understand how different software platforms work and connect via APIs.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve business problems.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable tickets for developers.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple business units and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and clean up tickets for the Business Systems Admins and Developers with well-scoped technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflows to drive business improvements and adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders across units to intake, vet, and prioritize requests and translate them into technical tasks.
• Own the roadmap and backlog for Business Systems initiatives, balancing day-to-day delivery with longer-term product thinking.
• Learn quickly how applications work (Salesforce and beyond) to scope requests and identify integration or AI opportunities.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to keep work visible and moving.
