Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation for initiatives, enhancements, and system changes.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Use approved AI tools to accelerate requirement drafting and stakeholder synthesis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and reporting insights.
• Decompose requirements into backlog items in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation as a single source of truth and communicate scope and risks clearly.
