Vizient, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to lead test design, automation, and quality assurance for enterprise applications in Irving, TX. The role emphasizes AI-driven automation, collaboration with developers, and building scalable testing frameworks.

You will design test strategies, mentor teammates, and contribute to release planning while ensuring high quality and compliance with engineering standards. The position is full-time, on-site in Irving, with incentive eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in software testing and automation across Agile environments.
• Strong experience with manual testing and test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL, ETL, data validation, and data integrity testing.
• Experience with Selenium automation and programming in Java or C#/.NET.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creation of test cases, test plans, and test scripts from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform software testing, test automation, and QA for enterprise applications.
• Design and build automated test scripts and frameworks (AI-driven or agentic automation).
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand architecture, interfaces, and test environments.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across teams.
• Contribute to release planning, test coverage, and quality metrics.
