Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in software testing and automation across Agile environments.
• Strong experience with manual testing and test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL, ETL, data validation, and data integrity testing.
• Experience with Selenium automation and programming in Java or C#/.NET.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of test cases, test plans, and test scripts from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform software testing, test automation, and QA for enterprise applications.
• Design and build automated test scripts and frameworks (AI-driven or agentic automation).
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand architecture, interfaces, and test environments.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across teams.
• Contribute to release planning, test coverage, and quality metrics.
