Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality engineering.
• Experience with manual testing and test automation in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data validation for comprehensive testing.
• Selenium automation with multiple frameworks; Java or C# .NET programming.
• Experience with database and ETL testing, data transformations, and data integrity.
• Knowledge of QA practices including black/white box, risk-based, system, regression, and exploratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of test cases, test plans, and test scripts from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design and build automated test scripts and frameworks; apply AI-driven automation where applicable.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand architecture and test environments.
• Utilize Git for source control to support test development and deployment processes.
• Improve quality, reliability, and scalability of software systems; propose design improvements.
• Develop automation at component and integration levels; leverage AI-assisted development tools.
