Qualifications

• 4+ years as Production Supervisor, Operations Lead, or Manufacturing Team Lead.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and safety compliance.
• Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
• Excellent English communication and ability to explain workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world production and operations scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions covering workforce scheduling, production control, process optimization, and quality assurance.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of factory workflows and lean manufacturing practices.
