Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a freelance Operations Lead with strong experience in manufacturing operations and lean processes to work on short-term AI evaluation projects. You will design real-world production scenarios, document solutions, and help researchers refine factory workflows.

This fully remote contractor assignment lasts about one month, with possible extension. No AI background required, but excellent English and clear communication of workflows are essential.

Role overview:

• In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your production management and operational expertise.
• No prior AI experience is required.
• These projects will help you explore how AI can be used to improve decision-making, process efficiency, and operational coordination across manufacturing environments.
