Job summary

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy and execution for the Procure-to-Pay domain within Zone platform built on Oracle NetSuite. You will drive AI-enabled procurement workflows, vendor management, AP automation, and compliance while partnering with Sales and Marketing on GTM.

The role requires 5+ years in PM in Fintech/ERP/B2B SaaS, hands-on finance experience, and strong Agile/Scrum skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management within Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS with P2P ownership.
• Hands-on finance experience or close partner to AP/procurement/controllership teams.
• Experience shipping AI/agentic features to production.
• Proven ability to take roadmaps from discovery to launch.
• Strong Agile/Scrum skills and experience with Jira or Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for P2P, backed by market and customer research.
• Own the roadmap — set OKRs and prioritize features, defects, and tech debt.
• Lead engineering and design through the Agile lifecycle.
• Drive Agentic AI integration for invoice coding, matching, and approvals with guardrails.
• Prototype with AI, then translate into requirements, user stories, and quality criteria.
